HUBER Water Recycling System
For this project, HUBER designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a 360m³/day Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) ultra filtration system to treat the combined black and grey wastewater. The treated water is collected and stored in tanks, from where it is taken away by tanker trucks and recycled in a variety of locations for irrigation, wash down and various other uses.
The HUBER MBR system utilizes
- ROTAMAT® Micro Strainer Ro 9 and ROTAMAT® Complete Plant Ro 5 prescreening units
- HUBER Vacuum Rotary Membrane (VRM) size 20 unit
- Tertiary disinfection via Chlorine
