All ROTAMAT® screens have in common the unique ROTAMAT principle: A cylindrical screen basket and an auger at its axis. We have manufactured and installed many thousands of Rotamat screens worldwide. The biggest Rotamat screens have a diameter of 10 ft (3 m) and handle a flow of up to 70 MGD (1000 l/s). The screens are either installed in a channel or supplied in a tank. They achieve several functions - separation, conveying, washing, dewatering, compaction and bagging of the screenings - in a single unit with a single drive.
