Outstanding quality of effluents from MBR systems with minimum footprint

Conventional wastewater treatment requires big structures on large footprint. Advanced wastewater treatment requires additional process steps and even more space.  

HUBER VRM® (Vacuum Rotary Membranes) and VUM® (Vacuum Upstream Membranes) are used for MBR systems permitting increased performance in existing structures or size reduction of new plants. Final clarification and filtration are made redundant, and the size and power consumption of UV disinfection systems is reduced.

The effluent from our MBR systems is free of suspended solids and bacteria. With addition of a small UV disinfection system, the effluent can be reused as service water or for irrigation.
